Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential compliance risks
Establish data validation rules and quality checks
Maintain high standards of data integrity and audit readiness

Support data mapping, formatting, and upload preparation
Collaborate with IT on migration activities and data validation
Participate in user testing (UAT) and ensure accurate data transition
5. Governance, Compliance & Documentation
Support development of RRP data governance framework and standards
Ensure contract data is maintained in line with compliance and audit requirements
Document processes, templates, and data definitions
Maintain audit trails and version control
6. Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the key coordinator across country teams, Commercial, Finance, and IT
Drive data collection, validation, and issue resolution across markets
Track progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Support communication and alignment across stakeholders
7. Ongoing Maintenance & Continuous Improvement
Support ongoing updates and maintenance of centralized RRP data

Good understanding of process documentation and governance
Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify data issues
