As a member of our SCO team, you will work across pricing, assortment management, planning processes, and market analysis, helping ensure our commercial activities align with both regional and global objectives. You will gain valuable insights into the drivers of industrial and mobile hydraulics markets while supporting business improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a proactive and analytical individual with a strong commercial mindset. To excel in this position, you will need:
A Bachelor’s degree or Masters in International Business, Commerce, or Marketing
Prior work experience (2 to 3 years) in a relevant field
High Commercial Acumen: Understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and how to drive profitability and growth
Powerful Communication: Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills to convey complex strategies and insights
Analytical Capability: Strong aptitude for analytics and ability to recognise trends and business drivers across sectors
Industry Interest: A genuine interest in industrial and mobile hydraulics and the manufacturing industry
Strategic Thinking: Ability to support the re alignment and direction of commercial tasks in line with global and regional requirements
