The Salesforce Administrator is a key role focused on managing . This individual will identify and implement solutions that streamline operations, improve sales engagement, and support scalable growth, strategically advancing our sales capabilities and ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation and efficiency in our sales practices.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

Owns and administers enterprise Salesforce application with some direction
Primary Business Liaison to proactively identify, analyze and document business requirements translating them into application solutions
Provides Tier 1 and 2 Salesforce Application Support including but not limited to: user set up, managing fields and layouts, automation, integration and troubleshooting
Provides Salesforce compliance and utilization improvement to ensure data accuracy and a streamlined sales process in conjunction with business partners
Provides direction to IT Support regarding Salesforce
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Required: Prior experience in defining and documenting business requirements
Experience with content management and sales tools
Ability to build internal relationships with producers and sales leaders
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with content management and sales tools, preferably in a financial or insurance organization

Salary Range
$80,000—$90,000 USD
