About you:

You enjoy helping sales teams do their best work and you like being close to the action. You understand how enablement works in practice, not just in theory, and you care about making it relevant to the people using it every day. You’re confident working with senior stakeholders, comfortable balancing global direction with local needs, and motivated by seeing real improvements in ramp time, pipeline and win rates. At Access, you’ll have the space to shape enablement in a way that truly supports your software company’s growth.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Act as the embedded enablement partner for your software company, working closely with the Managing Director or General Manager and leadership team to align enablement with commercial priorities.

  • Tailor global onboarding, product, revenue and sales technology enablement so it fits your business’s sales process and go-to-market approach.

  • Build clear enablement journeys for roles like Sales Development Representatives and sales teams, helping new starters ramp faster and perform sooner.

  • Drive adoption of our sales technology stack by supporting local rollouts, sharing best practice and using dashboards to spot where teams need extra support.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience working within a software or go-to-market environment, with a good understanding of sales processes and stakeholders.

  • Experience delivering or supporting enablement programmes such as onboarding, sales methodology, deal reviews or forecasting.

  • Confidence presenting, facilitating sessions and adapting content for different audiences.

  • Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to keep multiple programmes moving at once.
