The ISM Functional Leader – Event & Project Enablement is responsible for defining and delivering the end-to-end business vision for equipment event management and outage project lifecycle across Inquiry to Order & Order to Remittance (ITR) within the Integrated Services Management (ISM) multi-year digital transformation program.
This role partners closely with Commercial, Global Operations, Regional ITR, and Warranty teams to establish a unified, scalable operating model—where a single “equipment event” becomes the backbone for planning, scheduling, execution, and financial tracking of outage projects. The leader ensures seamless integration across commercial intent, project execution, and warranty outcomes, enabled through Salesforce and ERP platforms.
Business Strategy & Vision: Own and articulate the end-to-end strategy for equipment event definition and project enablement across ITO and OTR. Establish a single source of truth for outage projects that connect commercial planning with execution and financial outcomes.
Process Harmonization & Operating Model: Drive global process standardization across ITO and OTR functions. Embed Lean principles and daily management in partnership with Global Operations to eliminate non-value-added activities, improve predictability, and enable consistent execution across regions.
Digital Roadmap Ownership: Own the functional digital roadmap for ISM Event and Project Enablement, positioning Salesforce as the orchestration layer and ERP as the system of record. Partner with IT to translate business needs into scalable, governed solutions—minimizing customization and avoiding fragmented point solutions.

People & Capability Leadership: Establish strong functional governance, clear decision rights, and effective escalation mechanisms to enable speed and accountability. Build organizational capability to sustain transformation outcomes.
