We are looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager to join an international iGaming group that is actively scaling its global operations and expanding its internal user base.
In this role, you will be responsible for the centralized implementation and further development of the CRM/ERP system across the entire group.
Your main objective will be to build an efficient and scalable system for managing sales and operational processes, ensure seamless integration with internal and external systems, and drive overall business efficiency. This position requires close collaboration between business and technical teams, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
Must Have:
CRM migration experience โ proven track record moving between systems, not just configuring from scratch
Sales pipeline design โ built and audited funnel stages with clear entry/exit criteria
Data mapping โ fields, objects, custom properties, deduplication, and normalization
ERP / ops systems background โ worked with at least one ERP or multi-department ops platform
Requirements authoring โ wrote PRDs, acceptance criteria, data dictionaries in real projects
Stakeholder & vendor management โ aligned expectations across business and technical audiences
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with Pipedrive, Attio or HubSpot
Familiarity with n8n or Zapier โ understanding of workflow logic, triggers, and actions
ERPNext or Twenty implementation experience (or other ERP systems)
SQL or basic data querying for validation and reporting
AI-Augmented Mindset:
Used LLM tools (Claude, GPT, etc.) in operational or PM workflows
Understands AI-assisted processes: prompt design, structured output, classification pipelines
Comfortable evaluating where automation + AI adds real leverage vs. noise
ERP evaluation & selection โ assess open-source candidates (ERPNext, Twenty, etc.), produce a recommendation with documented migration path
Data model design โ map all Redmine fields, objects, and relationships to the new system; define deduplication and normalization rules
Sales pipeline setup โ build and audit all funnel stages: lead, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closed/won
Department pipelines โ configure workflows for finance, ops, and other teams in collaboration with business coordinators
Integration scoping โ write technical requirements for all API and automation touch points
Requirements documentation โ produce PRDs, data dictionaries, acceptance criteria, and UAT plans
Stakeholder management โ run sync meetings, manage vendor relationships, track decisions and blockers
Change management โ coordinate onboarding, training materials, and go-live rollout
