Job Description:

As a Sales Planning & Performance Junior Specialist, you will support sales planning and incentive programs across Europe by providing analytical, system, and administrative support to the Sales Planning & Performance team.

In this role, you will work with sales data, support sales hierarchy and portfolio administration, contribute to incentive compensation processes, and help ensure high-quality data and reporting for internal stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across different countries and gain valuable experience in sales operations and analytics within a global organization.

We expect from applicants:

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under time pressure

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Minimum 6 months in the current position at UPS (for internal candidates only)
