The Revenue Operations, Ad Ops & Partnerships Intern will support the Revenue Strategy & Operations team across a variety of operational, administrative, media, invoicing, and event-related workstreams. This role is intended for a highly organized generalist who is excited to gain exposure to the business side of sports, media, partnerships, events, and revenue operations.
Support ad sales and media operations workstreams.
Assist with inventory management and tracking across available media, sponsorship, and commercial assets.
Help with invoicing coordination, invoice tracking, and internal documentation.
Support deck formatting, slide cleanup, and presentation organization for internal and external materials.
Assist with weekly market research across brands, categories, prospects, and industry trends.
Help update media rights contract distribution lists and related tracking documents.
Support organization and tracking of press releases and partner communication materials.
Assist with general team coordination, administrative tasks, and project support as needed.
Support US Open onsite execution, partner support, and operational coordination.
Assist with Digideck implementation, including content organization, asset uploads, and sales material updates.
Support Sponsor CX implementation by helping organize partner-facing materials, workflows, and internal tracking.
Help maintain ad sales inventory and media tracking documents.
Help maintain partners' media plans on track, ensuring we are delivering in-full.
Assist team with Global media reports for past and present events.
Assist with invoice tracking and internal revenue operations documentation.
Support the organization of partner materials, contracts, press releases, and distribution lists.
Interested in sports business, media, partnerships, advertising, events, or revenue operations.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable jumping into a variety of tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to manage administrative and operational work with a positive, team-first attitude.
Comfortable working across spreadsheets, decks, documents, and internal tracking systems.
Strong communicator who can follow direction, ask smart questions, and keep projects moving.
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools preferred.
Comfortable with learning new systems.
Program Type: Paid Summer Internship
Duration: 6–12 weeks, depending on timing of hire, business needs, and candidate availability. Start and end dates will remain flexible to account for college term schedules.
Eligibility: Candidates must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States. Final eligibility requirements to be confirmed by HR.
Academic Credit: This is a paid internship and is not dependent on school credit. Hourly Rate: $20.00/hr
