We are a team of passionate people focused on making the world accessible through education. We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Central Marketing team and take ownership of maintaining marketing systems and internal operations. This role supports campaign tracking, asset organization, budget documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
You will ensure that our marketing infrastructure remains up-to-date, well-organized, and aligned with team needs—enabling faster execution and greater visibility across the organization.
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and campaign attribution.
Build and maintain marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing and engagement.
Implement and monitor campaign tracking, ensuring accurate data capture across channels.
Maintain clean, structured, and reliable marketing data within HubSpot and Airtable.
Manage data syncs and integrations between marketing platforms, CRM, and internal systems.
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or duplication.
Support marketing teams in campaign setup, tracking, and performance monitoring.
Ensure correct tagging, UTMs, and attribution logic are implemented across campaigns.
Create scalable processes that allow faster campaign execution.
Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and funnel metrics.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to improve lead lifecycle visibility and conversion tracking.
Translate data insights into recommendations for campaign optimization.
Continuously improve marketing operations workflows and documentation.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency across the marketing team.
Explore and implement AI-driven tools to improve marketing efficiency, campaign optimization, and workflow automation.
Identify opportunities where AI can enhance lead qualification, segmentation, reporting, and campaign personalization.
Work with the marketing team to integrate AI-assisted workflows within the marketing tech stack.
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or systems support
Skilled in Excel, Airtable, Notion, Microsoft 365, or similar tools
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable managing timelines, documentation, and structured data
Bonus: Experience using HubSpot
