Director, Chief of Staff & Strategy & Planning – Global Revenue Operations (GRO)
Lead GRO strategic planning processes (LTP, annual planning, operating cadence) and translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans
Own end-to-end performance management framework including KPIs, dashboards, and business reviews; drive data-driven insights and decision-making
Provide leadership and strategic direction for two teams of SME: global partner communications, and shared GRO services for internal employee engagement, customer/partner/seller satisfaction surveys and internal budget management
Develop and execute executive communication strategy, including leadership messaging, organizational announcements, and key presentations
Establish and manage governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and decision-making processes
Drive cross-functional alignment across regions and functions; lead strategic initiatives and transformation programs
Support employee experience, engagement, and organizational health initiatives, including survey insights and action planning
Oversee compliance and operational rigor, including SOX-related coordination and process adherence
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, enabling execution, prioritization, and organizational effectiveness
Creates a performance driven culture that ensures that the organization has the best strategic planning team in the industry.
Influences C-level executives on a wide range of business issues, including risk management and implementation tactics.
Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or business management
Experience working with or supporting senior executive leadership
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering business impact
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive storytelling
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations
Strong program and project management capabilities
High level of discretion, judgment, and executive presence
Drives execution of GRO strategy and business priorities
High visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership
Influences cross-functional decision-making and organizational alignment
Responsible for improving operational effectiveness and performance outcomes
Operates in a highly matrixed, global environment
Balances multiple priorities with competing timelines and stakeholders
Requires navigation of ambiguity and driving clarity across strategic initiatives

The pay range for this role is $166,050 to $265,700 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
