Position: Demand Gen Manager
Location: Cremorne VIC - Hybrid
Annual Salary Range: $120,000 AUD - $130,000 AUD
We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead pipeline growth across Australia and New Zealand, driving demand for both ActivePipe—our established and trusted real estate marketing platform—and RISE by MoxiWorks, our next-generation AI-powered platform that is redefining how real estate professionals generate business.
This is more than a campaign execution role. You'll own regional demand generation strategy, partner directly with Sales leadership, and play a critical role in introducing innovative AI technology to one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets.

As the Demand Generation Manager for ANZ, you'll be at the center of both stories:
Accelerating growth for an established market leader
Helping launch and scale an exciting AI platform in a new market
Driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Becoming a key voice in our regional go-to-market strategy
What You'll Own
Drive Regional Growth
You'll develop and execute the demand generation strategy for Australia and New Zealand, creating programs that generate awareness, engagement, qualified pipeline, and revenue.
Build and Scale Multi-Channel Campaigns
From LinkedIn and paid media to webinars, nurture programs, content syndication, account-based marketing, and events, you'll create integrated campaigns that reach buyers wherever they are in their journey.
Partner Directly with Sales
You'll work hand-in-hand with the ANZ sales team to align on pipeline goals, optimize lead flow, and ensure marketing programs are driving measurable business outcomes.
Lead Field Marketing and Events
Industry events remain a powerful growth channel in real estate. You'll own the regional event strategy, partnering with our Events team to create experiences that generate meaningful connections and pipeline.
Influence Go-to-Market Strategy
Working closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership, you'll help shape positioning, messaging, launches, and market expansion initiatives.
Own the Numbers
You'll have clear visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contribution, using data and insights to continuously optimize programs and improve results.
What Success Looks Like
Increased pipeline and revenue contribution from marketing programs
Strong alignment and partnership with the ANZ sales organization
Successful launch and market adoption initiatives for RISE
High-performing integrated campaigns across multiple channels
Increased brand awareness and market presence across ANZ
Consistent use of data to drive smarter marketing decisions
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, field marketing, or integrated marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
A proven track record of creating marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue
Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, webinars, events, content marketing, and digital channels
Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience partnering closely with sales teams and revenue leaders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy
Bonus Points For
Experience marketing to Australian and New Zealand audiences
Experience within PropTech, Real Estate Technology, or the broader real estate industry
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) expertise
Familiarity with intent data, lead scoring, and advanced segmentation strategies
