We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing revenue operations through accurate reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will use tools such as Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, and automated workflows to enhance data visibility, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
You will play an important role in developing scalable reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and transforming complex data into meaningful insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Design, build, and maintain dynamic reports to track Sales performance and other KPIs across sales, marketing, and customer success.
Automate recurring reports and enable self-service analytics for GTM teams
Analyse funnel performance from lead generation to closed deals
Develop and maintain reporting to Senior Stakeholders to drive measurement of revenue metrics, sales performance, and pipeline health & Automate recurring reports
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency • Identify gaps in data collection and recommend improvements.
Build and maintain key dashboards for Sales teams within SalesForce, enabling visibility into campaign performance, events, and digital marketing efforts
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a commercial environment.
Previous experience working in Sales, Revenue, or Finance Operations will be advantageous.
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as SalesForce is mandatory.
Strong exposure to a sales-driven environment is essential.
Proven experience in preparing and analyzing reports is necessary.
Good understanding of operational processes and commercial reporting practices.
Solid knowledge of Revenue Operations principles and key revenue drivers is essential.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to generate reports, analyse data, and manage queries effectively.
Familiarity with reporting and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau will be advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
