Full-Time | Remote (Latin America) | US Pacific-Overlap Hours |
We're hiring an engineer who can both reason about CAC/LTV and write the code that moves it. This is not a marketing job — it's an engineering job pointed at revenue: instrumented, production-grade systems for demand capture, lead routing, and experimentation, replacing manual workflows inside a running marketing operation.
If you've worn the growth hat and the engineering hat — instrumenting funnels, wiring data pipelines, automating the manual stuff, prototyping with whatever tool gets to a result fastest — this is that job, full-time.
Enrichment and scoring: ICP segmentation and signal-to-action workflows that turn raw account data into sales-ready intelligence.
Prospecting pipelines: multi-channel sequences with built-in A/B testing, automated enrichment, and response-detection routing.
Deliverability infrastructure: SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain warmup, bounce handling — built properly so everything above it lands.
Agentic automation: manual GTM processes (research, outbound sequencing) rebuilt with Claude Code and event-driven tools (Zapier, n8n), taken from prototype to production and productized for team-wide use.
Ad-platform integration: suppression and match-rate workflows, connecting LinkedIn/Google engagement to down-funnel pipeline data, testing/bidding automation.
AEO and inbound: surfacing in search and AI-generated answers; capture, routing, and speed-to-lead instrumented so inbound converts.
A technical background: software engineering, data engineering, or a technical IC role where you shipped production systems.
Working code skills (Python or JavaScript) plus REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limiting, error handling.
You've shipped real automations on platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Clay — not configured templates.
Hands-on LLM experience: you've built things with Claude, GPT, or Gemini on your own initiative.
Strong bias toward action: working prototype over perfect spec, energized by ambiguity.
Genuine interest in growth: you don't need marketing experience, but this role reports into the business, not a dev team. You need to care why the funnel converts.
