This position supports the onboarding, credit management, and administrative functions critical to Kwai’s operational efficiency. The specialist will act as a central point for data organization, account creation guidance, and follow-up actions on essential workflows.
Maintain and update detailed customer records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Perform compliance checks using Receita Federal databases for account and tax validations.
Provide step-by-step guidance for new advertisers to create accounts on Kwai’s platform.
Resolve onboarding issues in collaboration with sales and system enablement teams.
Manage administrative tasks, including document preparation and system data entry.
Communicate process updates to sales teams and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Collaborate on system enhancements and dashboard development for key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support automation initiatives and the creation of internal reports for better operational visibility.
Experience with operational data management, particularly in advertising or finance-related fields.
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese for written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and CRM systems.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
