As a CRM & Omnichannel Marketing Specialist at Alumil, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s customer relationship management and omnichannel marketing strategies. Your efforts will focus on enhancing customer engagement, improving the customer journey, and driving measurable business results through targeted campaigns across multiple platforms.
The role is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling the company’s CRM and multichannel communication ecosystem, with a strong focus on Infobip and customer data management.
CRM Operations & Platform Management
Own and manage the day-to-day operation of the CRM and Infobip platform.
Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and proper data flows across teams.
Support internal stakeholders (HQ & subsidiaries) in CRM usage and execution.
Data Management & Compliance
Maintain, clean, and structure CRM databases (contacts, consent, preferences).
Collaborate with sales teams for data cleaning and list validation.
Ensure GDPR-compliant data handling (opt-ins, suppressions, preferences).
Identify data gaps and improvement opportunities.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute multichannel campaigns (Email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp).
Support newsletter strategy, campaign calendars, and audience segmentation.
Execute campaigns end-to-end (setup, deployment, QA, post-send checks).
Ensure consistency, technical accuracy, and performance optimization.
Customer Insights & Performance Analysis
Analyze customer data, segmentation, and campaign performance.
Generate insights and actionable recommendations to improve engagement.
Support audience analysis and segmentation logic development.
Automation & Integrations
Design, implement, and optimize CRM automations and workflows.
Support system integrations and lead tracking from marketing platforms.
Collaborate with IT on technical improvements and scalability initiatives.
Governance & Alignment
Ensure alignment of CRM activities across subsidiaries.
Monitor adherence to central guidelines, consent rules, and best practices.
Promote knowledge sharing and reuse of successful practices.
Training & Documentation
Develop and maintain training materials, tutorials, and documentation.
Train new hires and support teams on CRM tools and processes.
Create internal content (e.g. how-to guides, videos).
Process Optimization & Support
Review workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide operational support (data exports, troubleshooting, campaign setup).
Contribute ideas for new CRM implementations and enhancements.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in CRM management and omnichannel marketing, preferably within B2B or manufacturing sectors.
Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or comparable tools.
Extensive expertise with collaboration tools and documentation platforms, empowering seamless teamwork and organized information management.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Strong understanding of:
Email marketing platforms & marketing automation
Multichannel communication (SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, Push, etc.)
Data management skills:
Database handling, segmentation, and data hygiene
Understanding of consent management & GDPR requirements
Analytical skills:
Campaign performance analysis (open rates, CTR, conversions)
Ability to derive insights from data
Basic technical knowledge:
CRM workflows & automation logic
API integrations (basic understanding)
Lead tracking and attribution setup
Basic HTML knowledge for email editing is a plus.
