Job Summary:
Zoomph is building a lean, high-impact revenue team — and this role sits at the center of it. As our Sales Engineer & Enablement Manager, you will own two things that are deeply connected: making every deal easier to close technically and making every rep better at their job systematically. You will partner directly with the CRO, run our most complex demos and RFPs, and help build and maintain the playbooks, battlecards, and training programs that make the whole team sharper. This is a rare opportunity to be both a deal contributor and a force multiplier at a growing sports data company.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Technical
Own and deliver compelling, customized product demos that map Zoomph's social + broadcast measurement capabilities to each prospect's specific goals
Build and configure proof-of-concept environments using real data for specific prospect properties, leagues, or brands
Handle technical objections in live calls — platform architecture, data methodology, accuracy questions, and competitive comparisons
Lead technical responses on enterprise RFPs and procurement questionnaires
Own the API and integration story for brand and agency buyers looking to connect Zoomph data into Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or internal systems
Own market intelligence and ensure timely communication of key trends and insights across the organization
Sales Enablement & Coaching
Build and maintain competitive battlecards for Zoomph's on competitors.
Support the CRO in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company’s sales playbook, including pitch frameworks tailored by buyer segments—as well as email templates, call guides, competitive positioning and responses to common customer questions, concerns, and sales challenges
Create and maintain a library of sales material to include decks, one-pagers, case studies, and leave-behind materials tailored to each vertical
Support the CRO in onboarding new sales hires by building materials and running sessions that get reps productive faster
Work alongside marketing department to build and maintain CRM, HubSpot, prospecting workflows, sequences, and reporting dashboards; partner with the team on the HubSpot Prospecting Agent rollout
Run regular coaching sessions and call review programs (with our revenue intelligence platform) to surface winning patterns and close skill gaps
Track our outbound messaging, content, and sequences are converting with continuously optimize based on data
Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure the team has current, accurate messaging as the platform evolves

Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
4–6 years of experience spanning Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales Enablement, Account management (if technical) ideally in SaaS, Data Insights, or Sports Tech industry
Comfortable presenting complex data products to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven track record managing sales material and programs that the team will actually use
Experience with APIs, data integrations, and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake a plus)
Strong HubSpot skills; experience with a Revenue Intelligence tool preferred
Excellent writer and communicator; can turn rough sales instincts into crisp, reusable assets quickly
Able communicate with Client is an easy and forthright manner
Data-driven mindset: you measure what's working and cut what's not
Familiarity with sports, media measurement, or sponsorship analytics is a strong plus
Self-starter who thrives managing multiple priorities without hand-holding
