Searoutes has a vision to help the logistics industry play its part in the reduction of carbon emissions. We enable shippers to build and execute GHG reduction strategies, and are on a mission to become the standard for carbon management in logistics.
We are convinced that reducing GHG emissions in logistics is an operational problem, so we leverage modern algorithms to go beyond standard methodologies, and give shippers the visibility they need to make an impact.
If you are passionate about the environment, proactive and pragmatic in getting things done, and love to work in a complex but fascinating industry where you learn every day - then this is the place for you.
We remain remote first with most of our team based in Europe.
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in equipping Searoutes’ sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to grow revenue. You will be responsible for the following five areas:
Deal Acceleration Assets. Build and maintain everything sales needs inside a deal: proposal templates by ICP (forwarder vs. shipper vs. platform), an ROI calculator / business case builder, competitive battlecards, case studies mapped to the objections that actually come up, and a technical FAQ for procurement and IT gatekeepers.
Demo & Discovery Enablement. Maintain a sharp, current demo environment. Build discovery question frameworks by persona. Translate every product release into a sales-ready narrative — "here's how to sell the new ETS feature".
Pipeline Velocity Analysis. Own HubSpot reporting end to end. Know where deals stall and what the average cycle looks like by segment. Flag patterns to the VP of Sales weekly and feed insights back to the product team and the SDR agency.
SDR Agency Alignment. Write and iterate the outbound sequences our SDR agency executes. Own ICP definition and targeting lists. Track reply rates, meeting quality, and SQL conversion — and hold the agency accountable to those numbers.
Partner Enablement. Build co-sell materials for partners. Make sure partners can position Searoutes correctly without Sales in the room.
