The Role You'll Play

  • As the Sr. Marketing Technology & Operations Manager, you are the strategic and hands-on owner of our marketing technology ecosystem and our marketing automation engine. You bring operational rigor, systems thinking, and a passion for innovation — leveraging automation, AI, and data to power scalable, high-performing marketing programs. You partner cross-functionally to ensure our Martech stack, lead lifecycle, and reporting infrastructure drive measurable business impact.

  • Own and administer our marketing automation platform (Marketo), including end-to-end campaign enablement, workflow design, lead routing, scoring models, email personalization, and system governance

  • Architect and optimize the full lead lifecycle — from capture through handoff — ensuring data integrity, normalization, scoring accuracy, and seamless CRM sync

  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation processes to improve efficiency, targeting, and performance

  • Lead evaluation, vetting, implementation, and ongoing management of new Martech tools to continuously evolve our stack

  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Growth, RevOps, and Sales to support acquisition, engagement, and revenue-driving initiatives

  • Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, and IT to implement, enhance, and troubleshoot integrations across systems

  • Build and enhance dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate marketing performance into actionable insights

  • Serve as an innovation catalyst within the marketing organization, identifying opportunities to improve scalability, automation, and impact

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on Marketo administration experience in a B2B environment

  • Strong experience managing B2B Martech ecosystems (CRM, CDP, attribution tools, chat, meeting schedulers, enrichment platforms, etc.)

  • Proven experience leading Martech evaluation, implementation, and system optimization

  • Deep understanding of lead management, lifecycle architecture, attribution modeling, campaign operations, and marketing analytics

  • Experience designing AI-driven workflows or automation processes within marketing systems

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering effectively with Lifecycle, Growth, RevOps, Sales, BI, Data Engineering, and IT

  • Analytical mindset with experience building reports and dashboards that inform strategy and optimization

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; SQL proficiency is a plus

  • Experience with additional MAPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) is a plus
