We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role supports the alignment of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance by maintaining data quality, improving operational processes, and delivering insights that help drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, Consulting, or related fields. Experience with Salesforce, SaaS businesses and/or Go-To-Market teams is desirable but not essential.
Be a key member of the Revenue Operations team in delivering data-driven insights that help leadership and go-to-market teams make better decisions.
Be a key business partner to the North America Sales team in tracking, analysing, and reporting on key revenue and pipeline metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Maintain and improve CRM data quality and reporting structures to ensure accurate pipeline and performance visibility.
Support forecasting and pipeline management processes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
Assist in evaluating go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and commercial programs using data and performance analysis.
Contribute to operational improvements across revenue processes, reporting, and tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams.
Have 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Consulting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to uncover insights.
Are comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets, and interested in learning tools such as SQL, CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce), and BI tools.
Are curious about how go-to-market teams operate and how operational processes support revenue growth.
Have strong attention to detail and care about maintaining accurate and reliable data.
Are a clear communicator who can present insights and findings in a simple, structured way.
Have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working across teams and functions.
Are proactive, curious, and motivated to learn and improve processes.
Bonus: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), or SaaS companies.
Be a key Revenue Operations business partner to the North America Sales team.
Developed a strong understanding of Smartly’s revenue processes, systems, and key performance metrics.
Consistently delivering accurate reporting and insights that help teams understand pipeline performance and revenue drivers.
Maintaining high-quality CRM data and improving visibility into pipeline health and sales performance.
Supporting forecasting and reporting processes that help leadership make informed decisions.
Contributed to improvements in revenue operations processes, tools, or reporting frameworks.
Built strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams as a reliable operational partner.
Recognized as a trusted and dependable member of the Revenue Operations team with growing ownership of projects.

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus an annual performance bonus. We take into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly’s total rewards provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision insurances, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance, and disability benefits. This information is provided in accordance with applicable law. Base pay information is based on market location.
