We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own and optimize the internal systems, tools, and workflows that enable our Sales, Account Management and Customer Success teams to operate efficiently. This role focuses on managing and improving our Go-To-Market technology stack, ensuring teams can execute the sales lifecycle smoothly and with strong operational support.
You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Engineering to improve internal processes, resolve cross-functional and international sales operational challenges to enable Momos’ continuous growth.
Partner with Sales Leadership to support sales planning, territory allocation, and quota setting.
Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and key sales metrics.
Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales productivity and results.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and revenue performance.
Oversee sales commission structures and incentive programs in alignment with company objectives.
Ensure the accurate preparation and validation of commission reports according to approved compensation plans.
Collaborate with Finance and HR to ensure timely and accurate commission payouts.
Maintain documentation of sales incentive plans, commission rules, and calculation frameworks.
Manage and maintain CRM systems and sales technology platforms to support sales operations.
Ensure data accuracy, system adoption, and reporting capability across the sales organization.
Support the implementation and improvement of sales reporting tools and systems.
Support the preparation of sales forecasts and pipeline analysis.
Prepare regular reports and performance insights for sales leadership and management.
Monitor sales trends and highlight risks or opportunities impacting revenue performance.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on sales data, reporting, and operational processes.
Support operational coordination for sales initiatives and strategic projects
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, GTM Operations, or similar roles supporting Sales organizations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM >M systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Chargebee).
Experience managing sales commission structures and performance reporting.
Strong professional communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams and stakeholders including but not limited to Sales, Finance, and leadership teams.
Proven ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting sales processes and internal workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2+ years of leadership experience managing or mentoring Sales Operations or operational support teams.
Experience working in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven companies with global customers.
Background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments where operational systems must evolve quickly.
