· The Analyst Senior, Go-To-Market Strategy significantly contributes to the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products, features, and market entries.
· Shapes the direction and success of our cutting-edge financial technology solutions.
· Collaborates with sales, marketing and commercial teams to orchestrate smooth running go-to-market initiatives.
The Analyst Senior, Go-to-Market Strategy assesses the market landscape and competition, guiding the development of innovative go-to-market strategies for new organizational products and features.
Defines the direction and success metrics for cutting-edge financial technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Helps to implement and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring a cohesive and impactful market entry strategy.
Develops complex and comprehensive marketing plans and programs to support the successful execution of go-to-market strategies.
Guiding the orchestration of go to market initiatives, driving effective communication of product benefits and features to target audiences. Ensures the integration of cross-functional efforts, developing processes that guide the alignment of product development cycles with marketing strategies.
Required qualifications
3+ years of relevant go-to-market strategy and program management experience and capabilities
A strong understanding of the end to end go-to-market process
Experience working closely with product marketing and coordinating across cross functional teams
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in stakeholder management, conflict management and resolution

The pay range for this full-time position is $98,220.00 - $166,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
