You will be the right hand of our efficiency. Your mission is to ensure the sales team and new hires have everything they need to perform from Day 1. You don’t just execute; you design the flow.
Workflow Architecture: Design and implement integrations (Zapier/Make) to ensure information flows effortlessly between CRM, Sheets, and Drive.
Tool Management: Serve as the official "Admin" of our ecosystem (CRM, Notion, Google Workspace), overseeing permissions and security.
Strategic Internal Support: Assist the team with administrative processes and the creation of performance reports that generate real insights.
Continuous Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions that save the team time.
Fluid Communication: You will interact with directors and the sales team. You must be clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
Data-Driven: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, and data organization).
English (C1): Essential for handling international tools and technical documentation.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in operations, preferably in agencies, startups, or fast-scaling environments.
