About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented Senior Leader to join the Strategy & Programs team within Salesforce Professional Services' Global Delivery Centers (GDC). This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of Business strategy, Program Management, and Talent Strategy — driving the GDC's evolution into a high-performing, future-ready delivery organization. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in professional services strategy, global operating models, and program execution, with a passion for building capability at scale. You will partner closely with GDC leadership, delivery leaders, and global PS stakeholders to shape and execute the strategic agenda.
Define and drive the multi-year strategic roadmap for the GDC in partnership with the VP/SVP of Global Delivery and PS leadership
Translate the Professional Services business strategy into GDC-specific priorities, operational plans, and measurable outcomes
Lead strategic planning cycles (annual operating plan, quarterly business reviews) ensuring alignment across GDC Practices
Monitor industry trends in professional services delivery, including AI-augmented delivery, to inform GDC strategy
Lead large-scale transformation programs across the GDC focused on Talent Strategy, Business Management, Delivery Excellence, Scalability, and operational efficiency
Establish governance cadences and frameworks to ensure accountability, transparency, and timely decision-making across programs
Own change management for GDC-wide transformation initiatives, driving adoption and sustained behavior change
Develop and drive a GDC-wide talent strategy that anticipates future skill requirements aligned to Salesforce product evolution (including AI, Data Cloud, and Agentforce) and the evolving customer/industry needs
Partner with GDC People Partners and global Talent teams to identify capability gaps and design targeted upskilling, reskilling, and career development programs across GDC locations
Build talent pipelines for next-generation roles
Champion a learning culture across the GDC, embedding learning agility, growth mindset as core organizational practices
Integrate talent readiness as a strategic pillar of every GDC transformation and growth initiative — ensuring people capability keeps pace with business ambition
Serve as a strategic thought partner to GDC senior leadership and act as the connective tissue between the GDC and global PS functions (Sales, Finance, HR, Enablement, Practice)
Build trusted relationships with regional delivery leaders, COEs, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on shared priorities
Prepare and present executive-level communications, strategic narratives, and business reviews for PS and Salesforce leadership audiences
Navigate complex, matrixed environments — aligning stakeholders across geographies, time zones, and organizational layers
Represent the GDC's strategic interests in global PS planning forums and leadership discussions
Lead and grow a high-performing Strategy & Programs team within the GDC, providing clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities
Build a team culture grounded in driving value for stakeholders, and ownership of outcomes
16+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or programs roles — ideally within professional services, consulting, or a global technology company
Masters in Business Administration
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a global, matrixed environment
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insight into action
Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills — comfortable presenting to C-suite and global leadership audiences
