We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled GTM Engineer to support and scale revenue operations. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and data, owning the infrastructure, automation, and insights that power outbound and inbound growth strategies.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to design workflows, optimize funnels, and implement scalable systems that drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
Build and optimize go-to-market systems and workflows across sales and marketing funnels
Manage and improve CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and integrations
Develop and maintain automated outbound and inbound lead generation systems
Analyze funnel performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates
Implement and manage tools such as sequencing platforms, enrichment tools, and analytics dashboards
Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness
Own data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting across GTM systems
Run experiments (A/B testing, messaging optimization, targeting strategies)
Support revenue operations with forecasting, attribution, and pipeline tracking
3–4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Experience with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist)
Proficiency in data analysis (Google Sheets, Excel, SQL is a plus)
Familiarity with APIs, integrations (Zapier, Make), and workflow automation
Understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels and lead generation strategies
Experience working with SDRs and sales teams in a high-growth environment
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to execute independently
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
