Role Overview: The Sr. Sales Analyst supports the Director of Customer Solutions by maintaining, tracking, and analyzing customer and sales data across operations. This role enables day-to-day customer service activities for seven manufacturing plants in the U.S. and China. You will partner closely with Sales, Plant Operations, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and drive business initiatives. The position also leads or contributes to projects and company initiatives that improve processes and customer outcomes.
Maintain customer price lists in Microsoft Great Plains.
Track and manage customer price discounts.
Accrue, track, and analyze customer rebates.
Create and analyze reports requested by the sales team and management.
Calculate monthly accruals, including customer volume, tank and equipment rebates, and depot fees.
Perform monthly sales reclasses and reconciliations.
Post all accounts receivable invoices.
Serve as backup support for customer invoicing as needed.
Interact daily with customers and sales managers.
Manage consignment inventory.
Support projects and company initiatives that serve customers and internal stakeholders.
Travel approximately 10% based on business needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
3+ years of related experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with Power BI, AI tools, and Dynamics GP (Great Plains) preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
You are highly detail-oriented and organized
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You can manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
You bring a customer-focused mindset to your work
You're self-motivated and take ownership of your responsibilities
You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
