We are searching for a highly motivated and technically strong CRM specialist to join our CRM MarTech team. This role is focused on the technical side of CRM execution - building, debugging, and improving how our CRM communications work behind the scenes. You will work on CRM setups across multiple markets, dealing with large scale and complexity.
You will act as a key bridge between CRM and our technical ecosystem, working extensively within Braze to implement advanced personalisation, integrate data sources, and ensure our setups are scalable and reliable. A key part of the role is also exploring new platform capabilities and identifying smarter, more automated ways of working.
This is not a pure campaign management role. It is designed for someone who enjoys working with logic, APIs, data flows, and maintaining scalable CRM systems, and wants to deepen their expertise in the CRM MarTech domain over time.
Build and maintain CRM campaigns and lifecycle flows in Braze, with a strong focus on Liquid logic, dynamic content, and scalable setups. Leverage APIs and Connected Content to power personalised user experiences to maximize the business impact on the platform
Act as a key technical user of Braze, supporting the wider CRM team in implementing new features, testing capabilities, and improving how we use the platform. Stay up to date with new releases and identify opportunities to push beyond standard use cases.
Work closely with Product and Data teams to ensure CRM data is reliable and usable. Support the setup and improvement of data flows, integrations, and event tracking that power CRM communications. Contribute to making our overall CRM architecture more scalable over time.
Troubleshoot technical issues across campaigns and flows, including Liquid logic errors, API failures, and data inconsistencies. Maintain a high standard of accuracy and reliability across all executions.
Support experimentation and iteration by ensuring campaigns are set up correctly for testing. Proactively identify inefficiencies in current workflows and suggest more automated or scalable approaches. Explore how AI tools can support areas such as QA, content generation, or workflow automation in a practical and controlled way.
3–5+ years of experience in CRM, Martech, or a similar technical marketing role, ideally within B2C or fast-paced digital businesses
Hands-on experience with Braze is highly preferred
Strong working knowledge of Liquid (or similar templating languages), with the ability to handle complex personalisation logic
Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS and familiar with APIs (REST/JSON), including how to work with payloads and external data
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
Comfortable working with Product and Data teams to define technical and business requirements for data feeds, events, and integrations. You don’t need to build backend systems, but should understand how CRM connects to the wider tech stack
Data driven with a good grasp of growth and campaign analytics such as conversion uplift, engagement metrics, ROI
Detail-oriented, data driven and structured, with a strong focus on clean and reliable CRM execution in Braze
Curious about how systems work, with a proactive approach to improving existing setups and workflows
Obsessed about operational excellence
Interest in AI, with a willingness to experiment with tools that enhance efficiency, automation, and quality
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Marketing teams
