We are seeking a high-energy, execution-focused Business Applications Solution Architect to join our dynamic Business Applications team. In this role, you will be a driving force behind optimizing Bynder’s commercial business processes built on the Salesforce platform and its surrounding ecosystem.
We are not looking for an abstract advisor who simply points toward best practices from afar. We need a true project owner. You will be expected to bring the momentum and personal drive required to lead busy, commercially focused business stakeholders across the finish line. You will own your projects end-to-end—translating architectural theory into concrete, actionable steps, and actively pushing through roadblocks to deliver measurable business value.
Additionally, as Bynder transitions into an AI-first organization, you will be expected to leverage AI tools to maximize your own productivity, optimize team workflows, and accelerate project delivery.
Your primary focus will be leading the detailed solution design with the senior peers for a major, ongoing Salesforce Re-architecture to implement Agentforce Revenue Management (Revenue Cloud Advanced + Revenue Cloud Billing) on top of our existing Sales Cloud environment. While architecture is your core strength, you will own projects end-to-end—from initial requirement analysis and stakeholder facilitation to change management and business adoption.
Drive Major Re-architecture: Act as the hands-on project owner and design expert for our Salesforce re-architecture, leading the practical solution design and execution of Agentforce Revenue Management (Revenue Cloud Advanced + Revenue Cloud Billing) with senior peers.
Turn Strategy into Action: Don't just propose what is "technically correct"—map out the concrete, realistic steps required to apply Salesforce best practices to Bynder's unique environment.
Lead Busy Stakeholders: Proactively guide and energize Go-To-Market (GTM) and Operations teams. Recognize that these stakeholders are heavily focused on their commercial targets; it is your job to keep them aligned, engaged, and moving forward.
End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for your project scope. You own the initial requirement analysis, the detailed design, the technical validation of developer output, and the final change management/user adoption.
Balance Innovation & Continuity: Manage minor enhancements and day-to-day business support alongside major initiatives, ensuring business continuity never falters.
Champion Pragmatic Governance: Design scalable, thorough solutions that minimize technical debt, balancing long-term platform health with the immediate execution needs of the business.
Leverage AI for Delivery: Actively use AI productivity tools to streamline your documentation, automate workflows, and speed up project timelines for the entire stakeholder group.
Experience: 5+ years of solution design experience on the Salesforce platform, with a proven track record of advanced configuration and leading complex projects independently. Apex/LWC skills are a plus.
Pragmatic Architectural Skills: Firm knowledge of process documentation, data modeling, and system architecture (UML, BPML). Crucially, you possess the ability to break complex architecture down into phased, practical execution plans.
Domain Knowledge: Strong experience with Lead-to-Order, and Order-to-Cash processes, preferably in SaaS business. Direct experience with CPQ tools is a must, preferably Agenforce Revenue Management.
Execution Mindset: A bias for action. You are skilled at creating clear project plans, setting expectations, and keeping cross-functional teams accountable.
Stakeholder Facilitation: Exceptional communication skills. You know how to command a room, cut through noise, and help busy commercial leaders distill their needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Tooling Literacy: Proficient in project management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Excel/G-Sheets, PowerPoint/G-Slides).
Methodology: Solid project management skills within an Agile (Scrum) framework.
Language: Complete fluency in English.
An Extreme Owner: You don’t wait for instructions or hand off blueprints for someone else to figure out. You take total accountability for a project’s success from inception to adoption.
A "Bilingual" Communicator: You speak both "business" and "tech" fluently, effortlessly tailoring your language to explain complex solutions and requirements clearly to any audience.
Pragmatic, Not Just Theoretical: You value concrete steps and real-world execution over abstract perfection. You build solutions that work for the business today while scaling for tomorrow.
A Trusted Peer: You are the go-to person the team relies on for technical answers. You actively guide developers and analysts, ensuring their output aligns with your execution plan.
An AI-First Thinker: You actively look for ways to work smarter, incorporating AI into your daily workflows to accelerate delivery and sharpen project insight.
