The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for streamlining the demand creation process within the BG Marketing organization and interfaces intensively with multiple stakeholders in the Marketing Team, Sales Operations Team, Product Groups & Finance to provide business data timely, accurately and transparently. In addition, the Marketing Operations Manager collaborates with all Regional Commercial Marketers to build a unified Marketing Strategy over the regions, maintaining customer strategies with suitable development programs and service levels
Customer Classification
Develop and implement customer classification strategies to segment and target key customer groups effectively
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities (TAM-SAM-QSAM) for personalized marketing efforts
Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment
Coordinate and manage the alignment process between Sales Teams and business groups
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams like Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, IT to provide business data timely, accurately and transparently
Rolling Financial Forecast (RFF) rollout and control
Oversee the rollout and initiatives to support marketing campaigns and product launches
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of RFF programs
Customer (Development) Programs
Design and execute customer development programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
Collaborate with product and sales teams to create initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and retention
Drive Revenue and Design Win Tracking/Forecasting in collaboration with the Sales (-Operations) Team globally
Monitor Target Setting and Controlling
Create market intelligence and make proposals for further opportunities linked to our portfolio expansion
Customer Service Level Definition
Generate a customer service level roadmap aligned with relevant stakeholder (e.g. Marketing, Quality, Sales) to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences linked to our Customer Development roadmap
Monitor and evaluate customer service performance against established SLAs.
Review and Take initiatives to improve our customer engagement based on NPS survey
Conference and Exhibitions
Plan and coordinate company participation in industry conferences and exhibitions.
Manage logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities to maximize event impact.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or similar
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the semiconductor industry or bid-data commodity markets, depending on educational credentials
Sound understanding of (Semiconductor) and Distribution related business processes and programs and ability to define and drive processes and programs
Proven experience and skills with BI tools (Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.)
Versed in Marketing Strategy, incl. SWOT, Business Development & Project Management
Analytical thinking and strong focus on data accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
Excellent organizational skills with high assertiveness
