Designing Multi Channel Journeys: Scoping requirements with stakeholders to implement lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, retention, and migration across email, SMS, and phone.
Technical Mapping & Optimization: Building segmented and personalized journeys based on donor behaviour and history to ensure a "right message, right time" approach.
Automation Excellence: Building Salesforce flows and lifecycle automations to deliver a frictionless experience for our supporters.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively exploring system upgrades and providing recommendations to enhance the overall supporter experience.
Data Driven Insights: Analysing journey performance, sharing key insights, and optimizing workflows to drive year on year growth.
Cross Functional Teamwork: Developing strong relationships with Marketing, Transformation, Finance, and Operations to ensure a unified approach to donor care.
