Ensure Master Data is proactively cleaned up and accurate before each loading into the system
Administration of the in-market sales tool, Salesforce.com, ensuring the integrity of the data at all times.
To implement system changes and modifications, including reporting on lead, account and opportunity activity and production of sales performance reports
Work closely with Business and Distributors to collect, collate and analyze Demand Purchase Planning file ie In-Market Sales, In-Market Projection, Inventory, Purchase Orders.
Establish strong working relationship across various functions in the organization to effectively support Business goals and needs.
Provide or generate the report of the data reconciliation from IMS data, Trade sales data, Activity data (SFDC) and Financial data for management report (3 Way Reckon Data)
Calculate or Validate the Incentive Report based on Product Specialist Sales Configuration in Quarterly Basis or yearly performances
Manage and maintain IMS data or inventory data from distributor on a daily basis
Support IMS Forecasting with relevant stakeholders
Manage forecast and reconciliation tool - SIOP What If Tool
Generate the IMS data report (Either from IMS data or Qlikview) for Business needs
Generate the near expired items from inventory report
Generate any custom reports based on business, GM or other department requirements
Perform additional Commercial Operations tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Commercial Operations Manager
3 to 5 years Supply Chain experience, preferably from Medical or Pharmaceutical industry
Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
Experience with CRM systems is preferred (i.e.: SAP, Salesforce etc.)
Highly developed problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
