Oversee and support the design, development and implementation of Power BI Reporting for Sales teams.
Partner and provide consultative data to help leaders better understand and forecast business needs
Collect business requirements and design analytics use cases delivered in Power BI
Knowledge of Power BI (Proficient in DAX and Power Query)
Convert current analysis performed in Excel or similar tools using Power BI and Power Automate
Strong knowledge of the most recent reporting capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ways to extend Dynamics OOB reporting capabilities using Power BI
Interface, provide high level updates and manage deadlines with key business stakeholders in the company
Ability to learn quickly and be comfortable asking questions and seeking answers
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure and ever-changing environment and must be able to manage multiple requests at the same time
Serve as the subject matter expert for Revenue Intelligence analytics, reporting and workflows
Works directly on the Revenue Intelligence team, but partners with key stakeholders across Sales and Marketing
Understands business needs against operating plan, sales pipeline and forecasts
Assist with research and development of special projects for revenue cycle strategy
Develop and maintain analytics for error identification, testing and output generation to maintain a high level of quality of data.
Follow data management standards to ensure analytics and reporting meet various revenue cycle initiative needs while ensuring accuracy and quality of data.
Collaborate with larger Revenue Intelligence team to share learnings, best practices and ideate to take reporting to the next level
English in both conversational and written forms
Bachelor’s degree and two/three years of experience/interest in analytics, data structure and creating stories out of data. Experience with enterprise database systems such as SQL server, Snowflake, CRMs like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Analytics tool like Power BI and Python. Previous experience in revenue analytics data. May consider additional years’ experience in lieu of education.
