Salesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem to drive CRM transformation initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, Data Cloud (AI capabilities), and enterprise integrations, along with the ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, business-critical solutions.
Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms
Architect and implement Salesforce-native solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform features
Drive critical asset development within Salesforce ensuring scalability, reusability, and governance
Work extensively with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification, segmentation, and AI-driven insights
Design and implement robust Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs, platform events, and middleware
Define and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within Salesforce environments
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate CRM requirements into scalable technical solutions
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership within the Salesforce team
Support DevOps processes including version control, CI/CD, and release management
8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
Salesforce Flows, Process Automation, and Platform Events
Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Bulk API, Streaming API)
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and AI-driven features
Proven experience in complex Salesforce integrations and enterprise CRM implementations
Strong experience in integration patterns (request-response, event-driven, batch integrations)
Working knowledge of:
Java (Spring Boot) for external services and integrations
AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3) for integration support
Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft or similar
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar)
Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect)
Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud)
Exposure to AI use cases within Salesforce ecosystem (Einstein, Data Cloud insights)
AWS certifications (nice to have, not mandatory)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
