This role sits at the core of transforming and strengthening go-to-market systems within a fast-paced, product-driven environment. You will be responsible for building, refining, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that replace fragile workarounds with durable, high-quality architecture. The position plays a key role in reducing tool sprawl by consolidating functionality directly within Salesforce and connected systems. You will collaborate closely with architecture, data, and systems teams to translate technical intent into reliable production implementations. This is a hands-on engineering role where precision, performance, and maintainability are essential. Your work will directly improve the efficiency, stability, and scalability of revenue and operational systems across the organization.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support go-to-market operations while ensuring system reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

  • Build and maintain Salesforce functionality including flows, automation, objects, and permission structures

  • Implement architectural designs accurately while maintaining alignment with system intent and standards

  • Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability of go-to-market and revenue systems

  • Reduce technical debt by replacing fragile or ad hoc solutions with scalable Salesforce-native designs

  • Support API-based integrations across Salesforce and upstream/downstream systems

  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data flows

  • Participate in incident response, debugging, and resolution of production issues

  • Support initiatives to consolidate tools and reduce system fragmentation across the tech stack

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, strong engineering fundamentals, and the ability to operate effectively across cross-functional technical environments.

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development or platform engineering roles

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce automation, flows, objects, permissions, and integrations

  • Proven ability to design, build, and refactor durable and maintainable systems

  • Experience managing API-based integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering, data, and product teams

  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to stakeholders

  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving technical environments with ambiguous requirements

  • Familiarity with GTM systems, revenue operations, or customer lifecycle platforms (preferred)

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, ETL processes, or data pipelines (preferred)
