Go-To-Market Marketing Performance Execution Specialist (m/f)
The GTM Marketing Performance Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operating rhythm of the GTM Marketing Performance organization. The role coordinates recurring business processes, manages action tracking, facilitates stakeholder alignment, and maintains visibility into priorities, commitments, and deadlines.
Working closely with the GTM Marketing Performance leadership team, this role helps ensure governance forums, reviews, planning activities, and strategic initiatives are executed consistently and effectively. The position serves as a central coordination point that connects teams, keeps activities moving forward, and enables leaders to focus on decision-making and business outcomes.
Coordinate recurring business reviews, leadership meetings, and operating forums.
Prepare agendas, collect inputs, and manage follow-up activities.
Maintain action logs and monitor completion of commitments.
Ensure deadlines and deliverables remain visible across stakeholders.
Support execution of cross-functional initiatives and priorities.
Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key dates.
Coordinate updates across multiple teams and workstreams.
Escalate risks and blockers when appropriate.
Support preparation for leadership reviews and planning activities.
Consolidate inputs and status updates from stakeholders.
Maintain documentation, trackers, and operating reports.
Ensure materials and decisions are organized and accessible.
Maintain templates, trackers, and operational documentation.
Help standardize processes and ways of working.
Identify opportunities to simplify coordination and improve execution efficiency.
Promote consistent operating practices across the organization.
Partner with teams across GTM Marketing, Business Units, Markets, Finance, and Operations.
Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and follow-through.
Serve as a trusted point of coordination for ongoing initiatives and business activities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work across teams without direct authority.
Proficiency in business reporting and operational tools.
Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps.
2-5 years of experience in business operations, marketing operations, strategy support, program coordination, chief of staff support, or related functions.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Experience coordinating recurring business processes and stakeholder activities.
The base pay range for this role is 133250 PLN to 201950 PLN annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
