This position is responsible for driving efficiency, enabling performance, and ensuring the Inside Sales team has the systems, content, and insights needed to execute at a high level. The Associate Manager serves as the operational engine behind the Account Executive team.
Sales Enablement
Build and maintain onboarding content for new Account Executives, ensuring ramp time is accelerated and consistent across all hires
Develop and support the team's playbook library โ including objection handling, product positioning, call frameworks, and competitive guidance
Write, test, and iterate on call scripts and email templates in partnership with the Director of Inside Sales
Collaborate with top-performing AEs to document best practices and systematize winning behaviors across the team
Salesloft Administration & Strategy
Serve as the team's Salesloft platform owner โ managing all settings, user permissions, integrations, and troubleshooting
Design and build outreach cadences and campaigns from scratch, aligned to sales strategy and target segments
Evolve from execution to ownership: over time, develop and own the strategic framework for how sequences are structured, tested, and optimized
Coordinate Salesloft usage across distributors and campaign partners (Patterson, Benco, Darby, Safco, Net32)
Reporting & Performance Analytics
Own the daily leaderboard โ pulling, formatting, and distributing performance data to the team and leadership
Build and maintain monthly scorecards tracking key AE metrics including call volume, conversion rates, pipeline, and revenue
Develop ad hoc reporting as needed for leadership reviews, QBRs, and cross-departmental requests
Identify trends in the data and surface insights proactively to the Director of Inside Sales
Cross-Departmental Campaign Coordination
Act as the Inside Sales team's point of contact for inbound campaign requests from other departments (marketing, product, finance, etc.)
Own the full campaign lifecycle: intake, planning, data sourcing, execution, and results reporting
Prepare meeting decks, briefs, and recap materials for cross-functional stakeholders
Track and report campaign performance back to the Director of Inside Sales, with clear attribution to pipeline or revenue outcomes
Administrative Operations
Manage and process sales plan approvals, account transfer requests, expense reports, and timecard reviews
Handle general operational email triage and issue resolution on behalf of the Director of Inside Sales
Ensure administrative workflows are executed accurately and on time, freeing leadership to remain focused on strategy and team development
Strong analytical skills โ comfortable pulling data, building reports, and translating numbers into actionable insights
Experience with Salesloft or a comparable sales engagement platform (Outreach, Apollo, etc.)
Exceptional written communication skills โ able to write crisp, compelling sales content (scripts, cadences, playbooks)
Prior experience supporting or working within an inside sales organization
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Experience building onboarding programs or sales training content
Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end with limited oversight
Strong understanding of industry practices
High proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures
Good planning/organizational skills and techniques
Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good presentation and public speaking skills
Good interpersonal skills

Resolve complex issues in effective ways
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience, including at least 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales enablement, or a closely related field.
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
