At peopleworth, we support work where people and performance thrive. As part of our Employer Group, we work with a variety of forward-thinking partners and are excited to share this opportunity that sits within our growing group.

Role Overview

This is a contract opportunity for a HubSpot Administrator with approximately 2 to 3 years of practical experience who can provide hands-on support within an established CRM environment.

The role will focus on keeping HubSpot running effectively day to day, resolving user issues, maintaining workflows and CRM configuration, supporting integrations, and improving data quality. It would suit someone who can become productive quickly, manage defined priorities independently, and communicate clearly with users while working within existing systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2 to 3 years of hands-on HubSpot administration or closely related CRM experience.

  • Strong practical experience building, editing, and troubleshooting HubSpot workflows.

  • Experience creating and maintaining HubSpot custom properties.

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.

  • Practical experience working with HubSpot integrations or other connected sales and marketing tools.

  • Experience supporting user accounts, teams, permissions, reports, or dashboards.

  • Good understanding of CRM data quality and the importance of maintaining consistent, accurate records.

  • Ability to manage multiple platform requests and organise work according to priority and impact.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence investigating unfamiliar HubSpot issues.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, particularly when supporting non-technical users.

  • Relevant HubSpot Academy certifications are advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive day-to-day HubSpot administration and user support across sales and marketing activities.

  • Manage and prioritise incoming HubSpot requests, resolving routine issues independently and escalating more complex problems appropriately.

  • Build, test, update, and troubleshoot workflows and automation within HubSpot.

  • Maintain custom properties across contacts, companies, and deals while supporting consistent data standards.

  • Support pipelines, forms, email templates, lists, segments, reporting, and other day-to-day HubSpot functionality.

  • Investigate integration errors and assist with maintaining connections between HubSpot and platforms such as Google Meet, Calendly, and related tools.

  • Support user, team, and permission administration within the CRM environment.

  • Identify workflow failures, automation issues, and data inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective action.

  • Maintain clear documentation of configuration changes, recurring issues, and relevant processes.

  • Work with platform users to understand requests, clarify requirements, and implement appropriate HubSpot solutions.

Benefits

Collaborative, people-centred performance culture.

Opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment.
