Versant is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team supporting the GolfNow business. In this role, you will help improve business processes, operational efficiency, data quality, and Salesforce enablement across key stakeholder groups.
This role serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, leadership, and Salesforce Administration, helping translate operational needs into scalable, data-driven solutions. You will support Salesforce enhancements, reporting, third-party tools, user enablement, and cross-functional initiatives that help teams work more effectively.
Why This Role Matters: The Sales Operations Analyst helps ensure that the systems, processes, and data supporting GolfNow’s sales operations are accurate, efficient, and continuously evolving. By identifying business challenges, documenting requirements, supporting Salesforce improvements, and enabling users, this role directly contributes to stronger operational performance and better business decision-making.
This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Orlando office a minimum of three days per week.
Support Salesforce administration needs across sandbox and production environments, including field creation, lookup relationships, picklist updates, layout assignments, layout updates, and mass data manipulation using Data Loader or similar tools.
Manage projects through the project lifecycle by gathering requirements, documenting business needs, tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, and helping deliver solutions on time.
Serve as a first level of support for Salesforce and operational questions from supported departments, triaging issues and partnering with Salesforce Administration as needed.
Own and support third-party products, including implementation, troubleshooting, ongoing maintenance, and user support.
Assist leadership with Salesforce reports, dashboards, data audits, queues, system processes, and other tools that support visibility, accuracy, and business efficiency.
Support training, user enablement, user acceptance testing, Knowledge Resource Library updates, and cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Content & Enablement, B2B Marketing, and Salesforce Operations teams.
2+ years of experience using Salesforce, with hands-on exposure to sales or operational business processes.
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Experience working with data management, reporting tools, dashboards, and business process documentation.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and data integrity.
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements, document requests, support users, and coordinate across departments.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree.
Familiarity with GolfNow products and services.
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or related Salesforce certification.
Experience with Lucidchart.
Experience supporting SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
