We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise across Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, mentor team members, and design scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices and modern development frameworks.
Lead Salesforce Developer
Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers.
Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous Apex processes.
Build and support integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, and JSON-based services.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Support deployments, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ongoing platform enhancements.
8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
Experience developing Triggers, Classes, Queueable, Batch, Future, and Scheduled Apex.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, data model, objects, and relationships.
Knowledge of the Salesforce Security Model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
Experience with REST API integrations, OAuth, Named Credentials, and external system integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including bulkification, governor limits, error handling, and performance optimization.
Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD processes.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II are preferred.
