We're looking for a Marketing Automation Lead / GTM Engineer to be the architect behind our outbound demand generation engine. This is a hands-on, technical role for someone who builds — not just strategises.
You'll design, manage, and optimise the campaigns, systems, and workflows that let our sales and marketing teams focus on what they do best: engaging high-quality, ICP-fit leads. You'll own the orchestration of tools, workflows, and logic that drive lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, routing, multi-channel outreach, and direct mail — making sure everything runs efficiently, predictably, and at scale.

Build, manage, and optimise automated outbound sequences from scratch across email, LinkedIn, phone, voicemail, SMS, and direct mail.
Orchestrate multi-touch campaigns triggered by signals — website visits, email engagement, hiring activity, funding events, tool usage, and more — not just inbound nurture.
Integrate intent signals, multiple data sources, and AI tools to maximise targeting precision, relevance, and lead quality.
Automate segmentation, enrichment, scoring, routing, and follow-up to drive high-volume, high-impact outcomes.
Partner closely with Content and Campaigns so sequences, messaging, offers, and collateral are fully integrated and highly relevant.
Oversee list building, data enrichment, and quality control to keep lead data actionable and clean.
Own all automation, workflow, AI, and data-enrichment tools and integrations (excluding HubSpot administration).
Build and maintain scalable, modular, fault-tolerant workflows that reliably feed leads into the marketing and sales engine.
Connect and optimise third-party platforms for scraping, enrichment, automation, and campaign execution.
Document systems, logic, and workflow processes to maintain transparency and continuity.
Track and report on campaign performance, automation health, lead quality, and direct mail effectiveness.
Provide actionable insights to Marketing and Sales leadership to optimise workflows, targeting, and campaign ROI.
Continuously refine processes, automation logic, and targeting strategies to improve efficiency and pipeline contribution.
Partner with Sales leadership to align automation logic, ABM targeting, and campaign sequences with revenue goals.
Collaborate with Content, Campaigns, and the Director of Marketing Programs to keep messaging and offers fully integrated.
Support internal communications and ad hoc marketing initiatives for other departments as needed.
Proven experience in B2B outbound marketing automation, GTM engineering, RevOps, or Sales Operations (offshoring/outsourcing sector a plus).
Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns — email, LinkedIn, phone, SMS, and direct mail — using automation and workflow tools.
Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM: workflows, sequences, pipeline management, and data hygiene.
Experience with outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, Prosp.io, DuxSoup, Smartlead, or similar.
Proficiency with workflow automation platforms like N8N, Zapier, or equivalent.
Strong data enrichment and scraping skills for lead generation.
Experience using AI in GTM for prospecting, personalisation, and automation.
A bias toward building: you own the technical setup of campaigns, not just the strategy.
Highly detail-oriented with a commercial mindset; able to translate outbound sales strategy into reliable, high-performing automated workflows.
Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience with Clay for data enrichment, scraping, and signal-based list building.
Experience integrating AI, workflow tools, and multiple data sources for targeting, enrichment/scraping, and campaign relevance.
Background in low/no-code development, automation design, or workflow optimisation.
Familiarity with deliverability fundamentals — domain warm-up, sending health, waterfall enrichment, and intent-signal sourcing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
Full-time role preferrably based in Manila, working closely with Australian business hours.
