What you get to do in this role:

  • Own our comprehensive sales enablement strategy that identifies both the quantitative and qualitative keys to success for our AE and SDR teams.

  • Build and continually iterate on programs to effectively ramp our AE and SDRs

  • Design and manage our SDR to AE transitional program

  • Consistently conduct needs analysis with Sales leadership to determine learning / performance objectives and scalable instructional strategies.

  • Own the design, development, implementation, and iteration on courses and programs for a variety of audiences within the Sales ecosystem and delivery types, including classroom based, online self-paced, blended, mobile, and peer-to-peer methodologies.

  • Operationalize ongoing hands-on coaching for our AEs and SDRs as they ramp and become tenured in their roles

  • Leverage participant feedback and usage analytics to establish an internal curriculum review process to support the continual improvement of the enablement experience.

  • Design best-in-class on-demand video and eLearning content to support self-paced learning.

  • Create memorable instructor-led learning experiences supported by materials for classroom and virtual enablement sessions, including participant / leader guides, one-pagers, and presentation content.

  • Build and manage a comprehensive certification program to assess participant knowledge levels pre/post enablement sessions.

  • Join the rest of the enablement team to support training sessions that are a part of bi-weekly enablement calls, QBR, and SKO.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in designing, building, delivering and measuring the efficacy of sales enablement programs

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills across a range of learner levels from individual contributor to executives

  • Desire to create intuitive content that is memorable to the audience

  • Expertise in designing slides and documents to optimize both style and readability

  • A design portfolio (or examples of past content that you’ve designed)

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly

  • An uncanny attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills

  • Willingness to learn and an openness to giving and receiving feedback

  • Comfortable and confident presenting new concepts to large audiences

  • Bachelor’s degree

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $126,000-198,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
