Palo Alto Networks is looking for a multi-faceted Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Lead Management Team. In this role, you will be the core engine driving the growth, management, and continuous scaling of our key digital execution platforms: Qualified and Outreach across the wider organization.
You will sit at the intersection of demand generation and sales enablement, executing digital campaigns, managing technical content, measuring pipeline performance, and hosting cross-functional training sessions. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with exceptional English communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and deep project management capabilities required to convert digital traffic into qualified sales pipeline within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Development: Build experiences based on strategic specifications from campaign managers and other Marketing stakeholders.
Traffic & Targeting Analysis: Analyze weekly Qualified traffic to discover new optimization opportunities within targeting rules, URL parameters, and conversational content.
AI Training & Content Library: Update, train, and maintain the Qualified AI library, collaborating with Marketing stakeholders to build content and providing regular feedback to the training module on bot accuracy.
ABM Alignment: Implement tailored conversational experiences for target Account-Based Marketing (ABM) accounts utilizing real-time intent data.
Sequence Architecture: Write, edit, and optimize high-converting inbound and outbound email sequences, templates, and call scripts within Outreach to support pipeline velocity.
Content Governance: Manage the internal Outreach content library, establishing strict naming conventions, categorization, and folder hygiene so assets remain easily accessible for sales reps.
Performance Testing: Continuously track email open rates, response rates, and meeting book rates, running tests on value propositions and subject lines to maximize conversion.
User Enablement: Host regular enablement sessions and monthly office hours for Sales and Marketing teams to ensure they understand the core capabilities and business benefits of leveraging Qualified, and Outreach.
Attendance Reporting: Provide comprehensive recaps and report out on user attendance metrics following every enablement or office hours session.
Pipeline Newsletters: Compile monthly performance reports tracking chat engagement, source pipeline, sales wins, and response rates, distributing these insights to BDR teams.
Professional Experience: 1 - 3 years of proven experience working within marketing, marketing operations, or technical digital project management roles.
Chat Platform Expertise: 1+ years of direct, production-level experience building and managing conversational workflows in Qualified or equivalent enterprise web chat applications (e.g., Intercom).
MarTech Stack Literacy: Hands-on experience or deep technical familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce), Marketo, Outreach, Qualified, and Demandbase is highly desirable.
Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage against strict timelines, track multiple milestones simultaneously, and successfully drive overlapping projects to completion.
Communication & Presentation: Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with a comfortable ability to present complex technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders and large audiences.
Analytical Mindset: Experience actively analyzing platform metrics, drawing meaningful conclusions, and converting raw data into actionable performance insights.
Adaptability: A self-starter who is organized, deadline-driven, and capable of adapting to rapid organizational and business shifts inside a high-growth environment.
Industry Background: Prior experience working in the IT, Cybersecurity, or B2B Enterprise SaaS landscapes is a strong advantage.
Copywriting: A fundamental interest or background in digital copywriting and content editing is considered a plus.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
