We are looking for a high potential, AI curious marketing professional to join our team and support execution across key marketing priorities. This role is designed for someone who enjoys working across a range of initiatives, brings energy to execution, and is excited to help modernize how marketing gets done.
Based in our Bangalore office, this person will report to the Marketing Manager in India and work closely with the India marketing team to support day to day execution, contribute to AI driven ways of working, and help maintain core marketing systems and processes.
This is an early career role with broad exposure across marketing. The right candidate will be comfortable jumping into different workstreams, learning quickly, and providing reliable support where the team needs it most. A key part of the role will be helping keep HubSpot and related marketing processes running smoothly, while also supporting the team’s broader AI and growth priorities.
This role is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure across modern marketing. You will work closely with a growing marketing team, support high priority execution needs, and gain hands on experience in AI enabled marketing, HubSpot, and growth oriented workstreams. Over time, this role can build a strong foundation across marketing execution, systems, and process.
Support day-to-day execution across marketing initiatives, with a focus on helping distribute workload across the team
Provide hands-on support for campaign execution, reporting preparation, list management, and related marketing activities
Assist with priority workstreams led by the growth-focused marketing team member and other team leads
Step into ad hoc tasks and support needs across the team as priorities shift
Support the team in adopting AI tools and AI native ways of working across marketing tasks and workflows
Help identify practical use cases for AI across research, content support, campaign execution, and internal processes
Assist in testing, documenting, and improving AI-enabled workflows that increase speed and efficiency
Bring curiosity and initiative to how AI can improve marketing execution across the team
Support HubSpot-related marketing processes, including list management, campaign setup, data hygiene, and reporting support
Help maintain marketing system discipline and ensure information is accurate, organized, and usable
Assist with lead scoring, signal tracking, target universe updates, and other core marketing operations tasks
Partner with the broader team to keep marketing operations running smoothly and support continuity as responsibilities shift
Work closely with the India marketing team to support shared priorities and execution needs
Help maintain momentum across workstreams by providing dependable execution support where ownership may be shared or evolving
Contribute to process improvement and better ways of working across the team
1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related role
Strong interest in marketing and a clear curiosity about how AI can improve marketing work
Comfort working across multiple tasks and priorities in a fast moving team environment
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Collaborative, dependable, and willing to support a range of execution needs across the team
Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation and CRM platforms
Exposure to AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools in a work setting
Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or other digital marketing platforms
Interest in content, messaging, or campaign execution
Strong execution mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
AI curious and open to experimenting with new ways of working
