Review, audit, and process commission data to ensure accurate payouts across various sales channels and compensation structures
Reconcile commission records, investigate variances, and partner with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues
Generate regular reports and provide insights on commission performance, trends, and financial impacts
Respond to commission-related inquiries by researching discrepancies and delivering timely resolutions
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer, contract, and commission-related records within internal systems
Support the administration of commission programs, including complex payout structures and system-driven calculations
Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure adherence to commission guidelines and business processes
Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and overall workflow effectiveness
Assist with telecom service order management, including the submission, monitoring, and follow-up of carrier requests
Perform rate plan reviews, order tracking, and related reporting activities while meeting established service level expectations
At least 3 years of experience supporting telecom accounts, combined with a background in accounting, commissions, billing, or financial analysis; experience with RPM software is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs) and experience working with large datasets
Familiarity with RPM software and telecom commission processes is highly preferred
Familiarity with OPUS, Verizon B360, or similar telecom platforms is a plus
Solid understanding of telecom order workflows and carrier systems (preferably AT&T)
High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate records
Clear and professional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
