A dynamic entrepreneur, mentor, and thought leader in personal development and business growth is seeking a CRM & Marketing Platform Manager with strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) to streamline, optimize, and expand their digital infrastructure.

This role is ideal for a systems thinker—someone who not only knows how to build automated workflows, pipelines, and campaigns inside GoHighLevel, but also understands the bigger picture of how CRM and marketing platforms drive results, increase conversions, and create a seamless client experience. You’ll work directly with the founder and core team to bring organization, strategy, and automation to an already growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and maintain the full GoHighLevel CRM environment: funnels, email/SMS automation, pipelines, calendars, and more.

  • Build and optimize marketing workflows, nurture sequences, and onboarding systems.

  • Oversee lead capture strategies, ensuring all contact forms, landing pages, and integrations are functioning and tracked properly.

  • Implement and manage pipelines for sales and client journey tracking.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and lead lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to launch campaigns and drive growth.

  • Ensure the CRM is clean, organized, and scalable—standardizing tags, automations, and data structure.

  • Integrate GoHighLevel with other platforms such as ManyChat, Zapier, Stripe, or Kajabi as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in GoHighLevel (2+ years of hands-on experience).

  • Experience building and managing full-scale CRM and automation systems for digital businesses.

  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and marketing automation.

  • Solid grasp of segmentation, tagging, and customer journey mapping.

  • Ability to translate marketing strategies into actionable workflows and systems.

  • Comfortable with troubleshooting, QA testing, and ensuring system reliability.

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in personal branding, coaching, or online education spaces.

  • Familiarity with integrations across platforms like ManyChat, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, Stripe, or Slack.
