Lead architecture and design for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and adjacent business systems to support scalable growth
Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs
Design and implement declarative Salesforce solutions, including Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, Lightning applications, integrations, and automation
Identify gaps between current and future-state processes and recommend solutions aligned with industry best practices
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and performant, following Salesforce platform governance and lifecycle management practices
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers and administrators
Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ and Billing issues and escalations while driving continuous platform improvement
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
8+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration and platform experience in enterprise environments
5+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, or equivalent Quote-to-Cash solutions
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption
Strong expertise in business analysis, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder facilitation, along with deep understanding of Salesforce security, governance, release management, and platform lifecycle management
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, CPQ and Billing Consultant Accredited Professional, or Platform Developer I or II
Experience with Conga document generation and designing quote-related templates
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
