Charging your car should feel as natural as charging your phone. That's the future we're building: a network of EV chargers where life happens. We don't just install chargers.
We accelerate sustainable mobility. We obsess over partnerships. We grow relentlessly: our network, our partners, ourselves. If you're here, you're probably not looking for "just a job." Neither are we. We're driven by impact, and always looking for people who thrive on turning bold ideas into reality. If that sounds like you, you'll feel at home here. We're looking for people who see challenges as puzzles, not problems, thrive in fast-growing, high-energy environments, and want to shape the future of mobility, not just watch it unfold.
At Powerdot, you'll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility. The space to experiment. The chance to scale your ideas. And a team that's always pushing the edge of what's possible.
Role we’re looking for: GTM Operations Specialist
Languages: Fluent English
Location: Portugal
Seniority: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
Why This Role, Why Now?
This is a build-and-run operations role for someone with 2 - 4 years of experience in product operations, revenue operations, business operations, consulting or a similar operational role. You will be expected to design the machinery behind the operation, not only coordinate existing activities.
As Powerdot’s partner ecosystem grows, the operational processes behind it need to scale with the same speed and quality. You will build the systems, automations and playbooks that help a small team support a broad portfolio efficiently and consistently.
Design and run repeatable partner-operations processes, from onboarding and reporting to performance monitoring and issue escalation.
Identify repetitive manual work and replace it with practical automations, using AI and no-code or low-code tools where appropriate.
Improve the flow of billing, reconciliation and invoicing information between commercial and Finance teams.
Create a repeatable operating process for new partnership and commercial models before they launch.
Consolidate partner data and reporting into clear, reliable workflows.
Build documentation and playbooks so processes can be followed and improved by the wider team.
Maintain a clear view of what is live, what is progressing, what is blocked and what action is needed.
You have 2 - 4 years of experience in product operations, revenue operations, business operations, consulting or a similar build-and-run role.
You are exceptionally organised and process-driven, and naturally turn ambiguity into a documented, repeatable flow.
You use AI tooling to build useful automations—not only to support writing or research.
You are technically curious and self-sufficient, with strong spreadsheet skills and comfort learning how systems connect.
You are comfortable working with data; SQL knowledge is valuable.
You can coordinate effectively across commercial, Finance, Data and Engineering teams without relying on formal authority.
Also valuable:
Exposure to billing, reconciliation or invoicing processes.
Experience with CRM and business-intelligence tools.
Experience with APIs, integrations or no-code automation platforms.
Interest or experience in EV charging, mobility or energy.
We're not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We're into people who make things happen.
You lead and listen. Whether you're steering the ship or rowing alongside the crew, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open.
You own your stuff. You don't wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected.
You've got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn't just cool, it's core. You care about doing work that leaves the world a little better than you found it.
You balance hustle with humanity. You love the buzz of in-person teamwork, but you also know when to recharge (pun totally intended 🔋).
You grow on purpose. You're hungry to learn, to stretch, and to build something meaningful, not just rack up LinkedIn bullet points.
