This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you’ll own:
Marketing automation workflows
Lead scoring & segmentation
Email campaign performance
CRM alignment with sales
If you’re strong in HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign and enjoy improving systems that directly drive pipeline and revenue, this role is for you.
Build and optimize:
Nurture sequences
Drip campaigns
Triggered workflows
Design and implement lead scoring models
Test and troubleshoot workflow logic to ensure flawless execution
Build and launch campaigns using:
HubSpot
Marketo
Pardot / Account Engagement
ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo
A/B test:
Subject lines
Copy
CTAs
Ensure emails are:
Responsive
On-brand
Conversion-focused
Sync automation platforms with:
Salesforce
HubSpot CRM
Zoho
Ensure clean lead routing and fast handoffs
Track campaign → pipeline → revenue attribution
Work closely with sales to improve lead quality
Maintain clean, organized marketing databases
Remove duplicates and inactive contacts
Build advanced segments based on:
Behavior
Industry
Persona
Lifecycle stage
Ensure compliance with:
GDPR
CAN-SPAM
CCPA
Track key metrics:
Open rate
CTR
Conversions
Revenue impact
Build dashboards in:
HubSpot / Marketo
Power BI / Tableau
Turn data into clear, actionable insights
Continuously improve campaign performance
Test new workflows, targeting, and messaging
Stay updated on automation tools and best practices
Recommend system improvements to increase ROI
2+ years experience with:
Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign)
Hands-on experience with:
Workflow building
Lead scoring
Email campaigns
Strong skills in:
Excel / Google Sheets (segmentation, reporting)
Understanding of:
Email deliverability
Data privacy & compliance
Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline
Comfortable working remote in U.S. business hours
Certifications in:
HubSpot / Marketo / Pardot
Experience with:
Multi-touch attribution
SaaS / B2B / E-commerce environments
Familiarity with:
Zapier, APIs, integrations
Experience aligning marketing automation with sales pipeline goals
