We are looking for a Software Engineer with 2โ3 years of experience, primarily with hands-on experience in Salesforce Apex development, to join our engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building applications using Apex and the Salesforce platform. At the same time, this role is not limited to Salesforce development. Depending on project and business requirements, the engineer may also work on generic frontend or backend services, APIs, integrations, and other software engineering initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning new technologies, solving problems independently, and contributing across different areas of the product.
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configurations.
Enhance and maintain existing Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
Work with api-driven integrations and knowledge of various Salesforce APIs.
Work with Salesforce managed/unmanaged packages, including customization and extensions where applicable.
Assist customers with installation, setup, and configuration of Salesforce packages.
Depending on project requirements, contribute to generic frontend or backend development, involving APIs, services, business logic, database interactions, and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver within timelines.
Troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions specially with managed packages.
Ensure adherence to best practices, code quality, and Salesforce governor limits.
Support deployment activities and ensure smooth releases.
2+ years of professional software development experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex development.
Good understanding of Apex (triggers, classes, asynchronous processing).
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing mechanisms.
Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations.
Willingness to work on non-Salesforce backend development when required.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
Experience developing and consuming APIs.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
