REVENUE ANALYST
We're looking for an analytically minded Revenue Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You'll be a critical checkpoint across the entire quote-to-close process โ using data to validate deal accuracy, surface trends, and drive process improvements. A great fit for someone early in their career who is highly organized, comfortable working with structured data, and eager to develop deep expertise in Salesforce and revenue systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Quote Creation & Approval - Review and validate accounts, opportunities, and quotes to ensure all deal components meet internal requirements. Analyze deal structure for pricing consistency, discount patterns, and SKU alignment before advancing through approval.
Closed Won Review - Audit closed won deals to confirm correct process steps were followed and that opportunity details, quote data, and SKU information match the executed agreement. Identify recurring discrepancy patterns to inform process improvements.
System Monitoring - Run daily reporting in Salesforce to proactively surface errors, data anomalies, and unexpected behavior. Maintain a structured log of issues over time to spot trends and build the case for systemic fixes.
Salesforce Ticket Management - Gather requirements, quantify impact, and document examples when system issues or enhancement requests arise. Write clear, data-backed tickets for the Salesforce admin team and track resolution rates over time.
Salesforce Testing - Partner with the Salesforce admin team to test new solutions from a sales process perspective. Evaluate changes against defined acceptance criteria and provide structured, evidence-based feedback before go-live.
Cross-Functional Communication - Act as the primary point of contact for quote-to-close operational questions. Use data to communicate issue scope and priority clearly when working with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other teams to resolve blockers.
2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related analytical role
Comfortable working with structured data โ Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required ; exposure to AI is preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; ability to build and interpret reports and dashboards is a plus
High attention to detail with a pattern-recognition mindset โ you notice when something doesn't add up
Strong communicator who can translate data findings into clear, actionable next steps
Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain data hygiene under pressure, and follow through consistently
Experience with CPQ tools, quote-to-cash processes, or revenue reporting is a bonus
You'll gain broad exposure to the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market engine, with direct mentorship from experienced Revenue Operations professionals โ a strong foundation for a career in Revenue Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy.
Expected Compensation: The anticipated range for a new hire into this position is $75,000 - $85,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
