As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Having strong Salesforce architects to lead and coach our engagement teams is critical to our success. That is why we’re seeking the very best and brightest Salesforce practitioners at PwC. You’ll work closely with, and be mentored by, some of the very best Salesforce consultants in the cloud ecosystem. They will share their knowledge and give you big challenges to explore and solve as you develop new skills and experience in a collaborative and fun environment You will also mentor the next generation of Salesforce consultants, providing them with insights and challenging them to be better consultants.
As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identifying client needs, responding to request for proposals and providing estimates for solution development
Leading teams in creating platform solutions, best practices and implementation of multiple platform suites of products to enable differentiated solutions for financial services clients
Mentor the next generation of consultants, providing them with insights and challenging them to be better
Identify, develop and win significant bids and pursuits to meet defined sales targets
Coach, guide and assist team members in preparation for client meetings, presentations and proposals
Consult with account team and engagement partner on pricing strategy
Facilitate executive & operational meetings & workshops across a range of topics
Proven Solution/Technical Architect on 5+ full lifecycle enterprise Salesforce implementations
Multi-cloud expertise across Sales, Service, Experience, Data, Marketing, and Industry Clouds
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns: REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, event-driven architecture, CDC, and data migration
Experienced in Salesforce DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Copado, Gearset), source control, sandbox management
Deep expertise in Salesforce security architecture: org-wide defaults, sharing models, Shield Encryption, compliance (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
Hands-on technical leadership with Apex, LWC, Flow, governor limit optimization, LDV strategies, and enterprise data modeling
Certified Salesforce Architect (Application/System Architect, multiple domain certifications); progress toward CTA preferred
Proven client-facing leadership: leading teams of 5–15+, workshops, stakeholder management, executive presentations, solution design docs, scope/effort estimation, Agile/Waterfall governance
Significant business development experience: RFP responses, pre-sales demos/POCs, executive relationship building, industry-specific Salesforce (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing), OmniStudio, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud; prior Big 4/top-tier consulting background

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $218,000. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
